Le plateau Mont-Royal, named after where it’s located since it’s a flatland( plateau), is a neighborhood in Montreal, Quebec. Before, it was named La petite France, le petit Paris or even La Nouvelle-France because there was French immigrants in Montreal.
WHAT YOU CAN DO HERE
In Le plateau Mont-Royal, although there are possible activities you can do, There is one activity more relaxing and peaceful which is a walk to the park.
La Fontaine park, you could take walks or hikes there, have a picnic there, or even seeing the view.

Restaurants you can eat there
Although Le plateau is French neighbourhood, the restaurants here are from different cultures.
Barranco is a Peruvian restaurant that serves burgers, taquitos, fried chicken. They also serve foods originated from Peru like Chafas( Fried Rice) and Ceviche( fish marinated in different spices)
There is another restaurant located in Le plateau called Notre boeuf de Grace. They make burgers, but also hot dogs, and even poutine. However, this restaurant is originated in N.D.G and it has separate locations of the restaurants from Pointe Claire, Centre Ville, Laval, and of course Le plateau.
